Surrounded by four separate, carefully designed outdoor private tasting rooms and three unique fountains, the new Seven Apart Winery hospitality building invites guests to enter through a custom steel pivot door leading to a large room furnished with seating groups. casual.

The design of the new visitor center in Napa Valley guides up to 80 visitors each week through a protected garden to a mezzanine overlooking the production facility – completed in February 2020 – and another private tasting room with one of a kind wall -Wall-operated window system.

This room also has a stone wall with a floor-to-ceiling window that provides a glimpse of the custom wine showroom with a large wine rack system extending upward to the ceiling showing recent vintages from the cellar.

The lighting, created by Vita Pehar Design, emphasizes the architectural features of the building. A new office space and service kitchen provide the winemaking team, led by winemaker Andy Erickson, a large workspace away from production space and a location to prepare events and tastings of wine without affecting the customer experience.

The interior motif is defined by a palette of wood and black steel, transforming the agrarian structure into a modern aesthetic designed by James Jefferies Architects and built by general contractor Wright Contracting and Bruce Tucker Construction.

Construction began in November 2020 and ended on September 24, 2021. On October 1, the visitor center was ready to welcome its first guests, according to CEO Yannick Girardo.

“Supply chain delays did not prevent us from opening, but temporarily slowed our ability to receive additional furniture as well as imported cork, glass from China and specially designed wine shipping boxes. We are open for business and plan to continue to book wine and cheese tastings and tours throughout the year, ”he said.

Seven Apart Winery, located at 4057 Silverado Trail at the intersection of Soda Canyon Road at the base of Atlas Peak, was established in 2018 by owner Don Dady and his business partner Jason Kyle.
