The magic words are usually “exclusive” and “extravagant” if you want to attract a certain crowd. Unlike us, the elite are always on the lookout for something they can proudly rub in the face of their contemporaries. If it’s real estate they’re after, Compass lists a beachfront mansion in the Hamptons at 1730 Meadow Lane.

You have in front of you 8,600 square feet of luxury on the famous Billionaire’s Lane, which the real estate brokerage firm offers for approximately $46 million. As of this writing, 1730 Meadow Lane still does not have a new owner. The single-family residence sits on a prime 3.4-acre property, which still has room for further upgrades.

Still, even in its current configuration, the 1730 Meadow Lane mansion offers enough high-end comfort for the wealthy. A source notes that the completion date was in 2010, but a major renovation was reported in 2013. Renowned interior designer David Netto and John Hummel & Associates were behind the redesign.

Guests enter through a winding driveway lined with greenery. If not for the thriving plants, you’ll immediately spot the full-size tennis court along the way. The 1730 Meadow Lane dwelling features a wraparound porch with wooden floors. Its first level features a classic lobby with a fireplace, gym, staff quarters, laundry center and pool cabana.

The six en-suite bedrooms are also here. Then we have the second floor where you will find a library, an office and a master suite with a private covered balcony, a large dressing room and a sitting area. Here you can enjoy a 270 degree view of the bay. An oceanfront pool and spa are surrounded by greenery. 1730 Meadow Lane won’t stay on the market for long.
